Can I cancel?
Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid month, with no early-termination fee and no further charges after that.
What if I prepay and change my mind?
You can cancel a prepaid plan anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already started. We refund what you paid minus the months used, including the current month, billed at the regular $500/mo rate. For example, if you prepay $2,900 for 6 months and cancel after 2 months, you get $1,900 back. The refund is never less than zero.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is always billed separately and is never included in Concierge fees. You pay Meta directly from your own ad account, so you always see exactly what was spent.
